基于专业建设的高职院校生源状况调查及对策研究——以广西农业职业技术学院为例

通过分析广西农业职业技术学院各专业2011-2015年的生源数据,发现存在生源总体文化基础水平下降、生源类型趋于多样化、招生计划与实际就读存在明显差距、各专业生源数量不均衡等现象和问题,建议通过加强专业宣传,吸引优质生源;加强人才需求调研,服务行业发展;加强专业建设,打造品牌专业;加强多方合作,推进教学改革等增强专业吸引力,从而提升生源数量和质量。

Through the analysis of Guangxi Agricultural Vocational College students in 2011-2015, find out existing problems in some aspects such as the declining literacy of students, the types of students tend to be diversified, the admission plan and the actual study obvious gap and the imbalance of the students number in each of the professional. Hope to improve the quality and quantity of students by means of strengthening professional propaganda, strengthening the research of talent demand, building brand professional and strengthening multilateral cooperation.
