地方本科院校工商管理类专业创新型人才培养模式研究

地方本科院校工商管理类专业现行的人才培养模式存在着培养目标定位不准确、课程设置不合理以及教学方法与模式单调、实践环节薄弱等问题。为了适应学生发展与市场需求,必须重新定位培养目标、设置科学的课程体系、采用灵活的教学安排。

There are a lot of problems in current talents training mode of business administration majors in local.undergraduate universities, such as inaccurate objective orientation, unreasonable curriculum setting, monotonous teach-ing method and weak practice link. In order to adapt to the development of students and the market demand, training objectives must be repositioned, scientific course system must be set and diversified teaching methods must be adopted.
