加强教学管理改革 构建多层次创新人才培养平台

在中国崛起的历史进程中我国高等教育迅猛发展,特别是信息化极大地推进了教学手段的多样性,加快了高等教育现代化的发展,使得教学管理的改革迫在眉睫、势在必行。教学管理是实现教育功能,达到教学目的的重要辅助环节,是各教学环节的纽带和桥梁,对整个教学过程起着主导和控制作用。为达到教学管理真正为教育教学服务之目的,教学管理既要保持固有的传统性、继承性,又必须紧跟时代步伐,进行必要的改革创新。在加强常规管理的同时,应具有前瞻性视野和国际化水准,不断完善的现代化教学管理体系。在多年的教学管理实践中,吉林大学化学学院将教学管理工作作为经常性的中心工作,不断深化教学管理改革,构建"化学基地"、"基础学科拔尖人才培养"、"联合培养项目"、"科教协同育人计划"等多渠道、多层次创新人才培养平台。

With the rapid development of higher education in China in the historical process of China＇s rise, es- pecially that the information technology significantly promotes the diversity of teaching methods and accelerates the development of modem higher education, it is urgent and imperative for the reformation of teaching management. Teaching management is an important auxiliary link to achieve educational function and teaching purpose and the bond and bridge of every teaching links, which plays a leading and control role in the teaching process. In order to achieve the true purpose that teaching management serves education and teaching, it is critical for teaching management to maintain the inherent tradition and inheritance, keep pace with the times, as well as carry out necessary reforms and innovation. Apart from strengthening routine management, it should also have prospective insights and international standards and constantly improve the modem teaching management system. After ages of teaching management practice, school of chemistry in Jilin University has put teaching management as a central routine work, constantly deepen the teaching management reform and build several multi-channel, multi-level innovative talents training platform, including ＂chemical base,＂＂training of top-notch talent in the basic subject,＂ ＂joint training project,＂＂talent training project combining research with education＂ and so on.
