我校全科医学系专业建设的开展与探索

新医改启动后,国家加大了对基层医疗卫生服务体系建设的投入,然而全科医学人才的短缺仍然是制约基层卫生服务发展的重要因素,因而全科医学人才的培养日趋受到重视。2010年起,我国开始实施免费医学生培养项目,作为省属高等院校的蚌埠医学院承担了该项目的培养任务,现已连续6年招生(2010-2016),对于全科医学教育及全科医学人才的培养积累了经验。文章主要介绍了该校全科医学系专业开展经过、专业建设开展情况,并分析总结和提出了全科医学专业建设的经验和建议,以促进我国全科医学教育事业的发展。

After the start of the new health care reform, the state has increased the investment in the construc-tion of the basic medical and health service system. However, the shortage of the general practitioners is still an important factor to restrict the development of basic health services. In 2010 the country began to implement the ＂rural medical orders directed students free training program＂, Bengbu medical college assumed the task of training the project, has been for 6 consecutive years of enrollment （2010- 2016）, the general medical education and the cultivation of the talent in general medicine has accumulated experience. This paper mainly introduces the general medicine professional conduct after carrying case, professional construction, and put forward the general medicine analysis summary and experience of the construction of the professional and the suggestion, to promote the development of the general medical education in China.
