高校本科毕业生如何培养正确的就业心理

随着国家一系列就业政策的出台,以创业带动就业模式的推广,目前高校本科毕业生就业形势总体平稳,前景向好。但面对人才逐渐饱和现象以及精英模式的招聘录取,高校本科毕业生需要对自身有清醒的认识,在扎实基本知识技能的同时,也要加强就业心理的学习培养,学校方面也应对毕业生正确的就业心理发展给予必要的支持与引导。文章就普通高校毕业生常见的就业心理问题进行分析,探讨高校本科毕业生就业心理培养的方法。

With the introduction of a series of national employment policies and promotion of stimulating employment by encouraging business startups, the overall employment situation of college graduates is smooth and prosperous. But facing phenomenon that the talents will gradually be saturated and recruitment admission of elite model, university graduates need to have a clear understanding of themselves. Not only should the university graduates master the basic knowledge and skills, but also they should strengthen the training and learning of employment psychology. Schools are supposed to give necessary support and guiding to graduates for correct employment psychological development.
