思想政治教育视域下高校辅导员工作课程化体系构建

本文创新地提出了高校辅导员工作课程化模式,通过分析高校辅导员工作课程化的重要意义,梳理高校辅导员工作课程化的突出特点,制定了科学合理的教学计划,从而构建起思想政治教育视域下高校辅导员工作课程化体系,为实现辅导员的专业化、职业化、专家化发展带来深远的积极意义。

This paper puts forward the model of college counselors＂ work curriculum innovatively,througtl anatyzing the important significance of college counselors＂ work curriculum,carding the prominent feature of college counselors＂ work curriculum,and making a scientific and reasonable teaching plan,thereby sets up the system of college counselors＂ work curriculum in the perspective of ideological and political education,and brings far-reaching positive significance in order to realize the specialization, professionalization and expert-oriented development of the college counselor.
