2型糖尿病患者脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平与大血管病变的关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)及大血管病变的关系。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月我院收治的T2DM患者121例为研究对象,根据是否合并大血管病变分为单纯T2DM组(73例)和大血管病变组(48例),选取同期健康体检者40例为对照组,采用ELISA法测定并比较三组的血浆Lp-PLA2水平。结果单纯T2DM组及大血管病变组的血浆Lp-PLA2水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且大血管病变组明显高于单纯T2DM组(P<0.05)。结论血浆Lp-PLA2水平异常升高与T2DM及其大血管病变密切相关,对于大血管病变具有预测价值。
