静脉滴注异丙酚在妇科日间手术中麻醉效果的观察

Observation of the efficacy on propofol intravenous drip for anesthesia in the ambulatory surgery of gynaecology department

目的总结分析静脉滴注异丙酚在妇科日间手术中的麻醉效果以及安全性。方法选取我院在2015年5月至2015年12月收治的96例日间手术妇科患者为研究对象,所有患者采用静脉滴注异丙酚实施麻醉,比较患者用药前、用药后1 min、3 min、5 min时相关指标变化情况。结果患者收缩压、舒张压、心率、呼吸频率以及血氧饱和度等指标在用药前以及用药后不同时间段之间的差异较小(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。用药后1 min与3 min、5 min相比较,相关指标差异较小(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义,只有个别患者的呼吸频率以及血样饱和度发生了较大变化。结论对妇科日间手术,采用静脉滴注异丙酚实施麻醉,绝大多数患者治疗前后相关指标差异较小,有较高的安全性,应用过程中应控制用药速率,同时须对患者进行全面检查。

Objective To summarize the efficacy on propofol intravenous drip for anesthesia in the ambulatory surgery of gynaecology department and its safety. Methods Ninety-six cases of patients who receivd gynecologic surgery in the day from May 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All of them were treated by intravenous drip of propofol anaesthesia, and the related index changes before, 1 rain, 3 rain and 5 rain after the medication were compared. Results The differences of the systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate and blood oxygen saturation and other indicators of all the patients medication before and different period after medication had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. And the difference of these indicators at 1 rain, 3 rain and 5 rain after the medication also had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. There were only few patients with great changes of respiratory rate and blood oxygen saturation after the medication. Conclusion For gynecological surgery in the day, the vast majority of patients have little changes of related indicators after the propofol intravenous drip for anaesthesia. This method is safe. However, the rate of the medication should be controlled and the comprehensive inspection on the patients should be carried out.
