腹腔镜在异位妊娠诊治中的应用分析

Analysis of the application of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的总结分析腹腔镜在异位妊娠诊治中的应用方法及应用效果。方法选取我院2014年3月至2015年8月收治的80例疑似异位妊娠患者,所有患者均采用腹腔镜实施诊断和治疗,治疗后比较病理诊断结果与腹腔镜诊断结果,同时观察治疗效果。结果所有患者均确诊为异位妊娠,病理诊断与腹腔镜诊断符合率为100.0%,所有患者采用腹腔镜治疗手术时间为(55.3±21.2)min、术中出血量为(53.8±9.6)m L、开始排气时间为(15.8±3.6)h、住院时间为(4.2±0.7)d,术后没有并发症发生。结论对异位妊娠患者采用腹腔镜有较好的诊治效果,具备微创手术治疗的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To summarize and analyze the laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment in the application and application effect of ectopie pregnancy. Methods Selected in our hospital in March 2014 to 2015 August received 80 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy patients. Results All patients were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy, pathological diagnosis and laparoscopic diagnosis with rate was 100.0%, all patients with laparoscopic surgery time for （55.3±21.2）rain, intraoperative bleeding （53.8±9.6）mL, start the exhaust time （15.8±3.6）h, for the length of time （4.2±0.7）d, and no postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion For patients with ectopic pregnancy by laparoseopy is better treatment effect, with the advantages of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of, high safety, worthy of clinical application.
