不同眼球按摩方式对青光眼引流阀植入患者术后眼压及并发症的影响

The affect of different ways of eyeball massage on postoperative intraocular pressure and complications in patients with glaucoma drainage valve implantation

目的探讨不同按摩护理方式对青光眼引流阀植入患者术后眼压及并发症的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2015年12月84例行Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入患者作为研究对象,根据抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组住院期间在护士指导下自行按摩,观察组在对照组基础上出院后由家属协助按摩,比较分析两组患者术后眼压、视力、并发症及生活质量情况。结果两组出院时视力、眼压比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组出院后3个月视力较对照组显著上升,而眼压较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.14%,对照组并发症发生率为33.33%(P<0.05),观察组干预后生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能、身体疼痛、活动、精神健康及总体健康评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术后眼球按摩有利于控制青光眼引流阀植入患者术后眼压,降低并发症,提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the affect of the different ways of massage care on postoperative intraocular pressure and complications in patients with glaucoma drainage valve implantation. Methods Selected 84 patients with glaucoma drainage valve implantation from January 2015 to December 2015 as the research objects, the patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to the draw method, 42 patients in each group. Control group follow the massage guidance of the nurses in hospitalization, observation group received massage by family members after discharging from hospital based on the treatment of the control group. The postoperative intraocular pressure, vision, complications and improve quality of life were compared between two groups of patients. Results There were no statistical significance of visual acuity and intraocular pressure between two groups during discharge, while after 3 months of discharge the vision in the observation group was significantly increased than the control group, and the intraocular pressure decreased significantly than the control group （P〈0.05）. The complication rate of observation group was 7.14%, the control group in the incidence of complications was 33.33% （P〈0.05）. After the intervention, the physiological function, physiological function, emotional function, social function, body pain, activity, mental health and overall health score in the observation group were significantly better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Postoperative eyeball massage helps patients with drainage valve implantation controlling the postoperative intraocular pressure, decreases complication incident rate, improves the treatment effect of patients.
