摘要
目的探讨以儿科护士模拟"标准化病人"(Standardized patient,SP),在儿科临床课间见习中应用的可行性与重要性。方法将2011级妇产专业课间见习生随机分为实验组和对照组各30人,把儿科护士培训为SP,实验组(SP组)针对SP进行问题式教学法,而对照组进行传统式教学法,通过技能和理论考试,比较两组成绩,有无差异,并调查实验组学生对情景模拟教学法的认可程度。结果实验组的技能考试成绩的及格率90%、优秀率50%和理论考试成绩的及格率93%、优秀率53%都高于对照组(P<0.01),有显著性差异。调查问卷显示实验组学生对SP教学方法评价良好。结论在儿科见习教学中采用标准化病人的教学方法,一定程度上缓解了儿科课间见习教学资源不足的情况,有效提高了教学质量。
Objective To explore the feasibility and importance of regarding pediatric nurses simulate as a "standardized patients"(SP)in pediatric clinical probation. Methods Maternity trainees of grade 2011 were divided into experimental group and control group, with30 people in each group. The pediatric nurse was trained for SP. The experimental group was exposed to problem teaching method,while the control group was exposed to traditional teaching method. Through skills and the theory test, the results were compared to find any difference, and the extent of recognition among the experimental group students could be investigated. Results 90% students in the experimental group passed the skills exam with the excellent rate of 50%, the pass rate of 93% and the excellent rate of 53% in theoretical exam, who performed better than those in the control group(P 0.01), there were significant differences. Questionnaires showed that the students in experimental group evaluated the SP method as good teaching. Conclusion SP method in pediatric probation teaching, to some extent, alleviated the shortage of pediatric teaching resources, and improved the quality of teaching.
