摘要
中医院校临床生物化学检验是一门实践性和操作性很强的学科,其对人才培养的目标不仅要学习和掌握临床生物化学检验知识和技术,还要具备较强的实验、操作、分析、研发及创新等实践能力以符合中医药临床实际要求,因此,中医院校临床生物化学检验人才培养是具有综合素质的人才。笔者根据现代检验医学科学技术发展现状与趋势,结合临床生物化学检验相关组织需要,通过在教学实践中不断总结创新,提出与探讨用系统化教学模式来培养具有综合素质的现代化医学检验人才。
Clinical biochemistry inspection of colleges of TCM is a strong practical and operational subject, which goal of talent training is not only to learn and master the clinical biochemistry inspection knowledge and technology, but also have strong experiment, operation, analysis, research and development and innovation of practical ability for the requirements in the clinical practice of TCM. Therefore, clinical biochemical examination talent training in colleges of TCM is the talent training with comprehensive qualities. According to the present situation and development trend of modern medical laboratory science and technology, and to meet the needs of clinical biochemistry inspection relevant practice, the writer put forward and discussed the systematic teaching mode to cultivate modern medical test talents with comprehensive quality through constant innovation summarized in teaching practice.
