加味四磨汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期合并焦虑障碍临床研究

Clinical Study on Modified Simo Decoction for Stable Phase of COPD Complicated with Anxiety Disorder

目的观察加味四磨汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期合并焦虑障碍的疗效。方法治疗组运用加味四磨汤配合舍曲林胶囊治疗52例,对照组单用舍曲林胶囊治疗48例。结果中医证候、焦虑症状、营养状况、呼吸量表2组比较存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论加味四磨汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期合并焦虑障碍有显著疗效。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of modified Simo decoction for stable phase of COPD complicated with anxiety disorder. Methods 52 cases in the treatment group were treated by modified Simo decoction and Sertraline capsules, and other 48 cases were treated by Sertraline capsules individually as the contrast group. Results It was obvious of the discrepancy for TCM syndrome, anxiety symptom, nutriture and pneumatometer between the two groups（P 0.01）. Conclusion Modified Simo decoction is an effective prescription in the treatment of stable phase of COPD complicated with anxiety disorder.
