Experience of Distinguished Veteran TCM Doctor Li Jinsheng in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的总结李金生用独活杜仲寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的经验。方法从2014年6月—2015年6月我院李金生主任中医师收治的108例腰椎间盘突出症患者中按入院编号随机选取54例设为观察组,采用独活杜仲寄生汤联合牵引治疗,将另外54例患者设为对照组,采用西药联合牵引治疗。对比观察组和对照组患者治疗效果及腰椎功能状况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗后JOA评分明显较高,VAS评分明显较低,治疗总有效率明显较高,P<0.05。结论李金生运用独活杜仲寄生汤治疗能有效改善患者腰椎功能,减少患者疼痛,提高治疗效果,可在腰椎间盘突出症的治疗中推广运用。

Objective To summarize the experience of Li Jinsheng in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Duhuo Duzhong Jisheng decoction. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital, 108 cases of lumbar between disc herniation patients treated by director Li Jinsheng, according to admission numbers, were randomly selected 54 cases set to the observation group which used Duhuo Duzhong Jisheng decoction combined with traction treatment, and another 54 cases were set as the control group which was treated with Western medicine combined with traction. The therapeutic effect and the lumbar vertebral function status of the ob-servation group and the control group were compared. Results Comparing with the control group after treatment, JOA score of the observation group was significantly higher, VAS score was significantly lower, and the total effective rate was significantly higher, P 0.05. Conclusion Li Jinsheng using Duhuo Duzhong Jisheng decoction can effectively improve the lumbar function, reduce the pain of the patients, and improve the therapeutic effect, which be promoted in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
