摘要
目的观察电子脉冲贴敷治疗促进下肢延滞伤口的愈合作用,并初探其作用机制。方法 40例下肢延滞伤口,20例电子脉冲贴敷治疗及常规换药,20例为对照组只做常规换药,观察2组治疗后伤口缩小率。结果电子脉冲贴敷治疗组伤口缩小率(82.65±8.36)%,对照组伤口缩小率(30.26±8.25)%(P<0.05);治疗组周围组织平均温度升高(P<0.05)。结论电子脉冲贴敷治疗有促进下肢延滞伤口的愈合作用。
Objective To observe the role of electronic impulse application therapy in promoting lower limb wound healing delay, and to investigate action mechanism. Methods 40 cases of delay wound of legs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 20 cases in the treatment group took low frequence impulse electrofiaerapy and routine dressing change. The control group of20 cases was given routine dressing change. Wound reduction ratios of the two groups were observed. Results Wound reduction ratios of the treatment group were( 82.65 ±8.36) % which were significantly superior to( 30.26 ±8.25) % of the control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion The electronic impulse application therapy has the role of promoting lower limb wound healing delay.
