中医治疗先兆流产临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion

中医治疗先兆流产历史悠久,临床疗效确切。近年在传统治疗基础上结合现代医学研究方法,取得满意效果。现总结归纳近年文献中临床治疗本病的常用中医方法,望有助于指导临床治疗。先兆流产属于祖国医学"胎漏"、"胎动不安"、"妊娠腹痛"范畴。除口服中药外,还包括针灸、穴位注射、外敷、五行音乐等非药物疗法。

The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of threatened abortion has a long history, and has definite clinical cura-tive effect. In recent years, on the basis of conventional treatment combined with modern medical research method, it got satisfied re-sults. Now we summarized literatures in recent years the clinical commonly used method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treat-ment of the disease, to help guide the clinical treatment. Threatened abortion belongs to ＂ vaginal bleeding during pregnancy＂, ＂quickened＂ and ＂ pregnancy abdominal pain＂ category in TCM. Besides oral Chinese medicine, other non-drug therapy of acupuncture, acupoint injection, external application and five-element music were included.
