微课结合PBL在《伤寒论》教学中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 根据中医经典课程《伤寒论》的教学规律,开展微课结合PBL教学法在《伤寒论》课程教学中的设计实践,通过选取中医学本科班学生63名为研究对象,分别进行微课结合PBL教学方法和传统教学模式方法,结果提示实验组对运用理论知识解决临床问题的能力明显优于对照组,以微课结合PBL教学这一模式在中医经典类课程教学中值得进一步深入研究推广。 According to the teaching rules of Shanghan Lun, which is the classic course of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), a teaching pattern of Shanghan Lun course based on micro-class and PBL teaching method combination was carry out. By selecting 63 TCM undergraduate students as subjects, micro-class and PBL teaching combination method or traditional teaching pattern method was used respectively. The results suggestted that the ablity of apply theoretical knowledge to solve clinical problems of experimental group is much better than the control group, and the teaching pattern of micro-class binding with PBL teaching method deserves further inverstigation in TCM classic course.
