摘要
目的探讨社区护理学教学中应用PBL(problem-based learning:PBL)教学法对学生评判性思维能力的影响。方法将护理学中专层次学生共152例随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组80人,在社区护理课堂上使用PBL教学法。对照组72人,采用传统的授课方法。比较两组学生在2个月的课程结束后,评判性思维能力方面有无差异。结果实验组学生在开放思维、分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲及认知成熟度方面均优于对照组。结论 PBL有助于学生评判性思维能力的养成,但是,PBL教学法的应用也具有一定的局限性,在今后的教学中应注重PBL教学法与传统教学方法的结合。
Objective To investigate the effect of the use of PBL in improving students' critical ability. Methods A total of 152 students were randomly divided into two groups. 80 students were in the research group, which received PBL teaching in the class, and72 students were in the sample group, which receive traditional teaching. The improvement of their critical ability after two months was compared. Results Students in the research group had higher score in critical thinking, analysis ability, systematic ability and cognitive thinking in compare with their counterpart. Conclusion PBL teaching method is important in improving students' critical thinking, but it's widely application needs to be caution. It is helpful to combine these two methods in the future.
