分层培训提高临床护理带教老师核心能力的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价分层培训对于提高临床护理带教老师核心能力的效果。方法将符合纳入排除标准的40名临床护理带教老师随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各20例,其中对照组采用常规的大班混合制培训模式,而实验组则采用不同层级的对应培训模式;通过观察培训前两组老师的核心能力评分结果以及培训后的评分结果和带教学生的满意度调查,观察干预方式的有效性。结果对照组和实验组在经过两种培训模式后核心能力都得到了不同程度的提升,但实验组在临床护理能力(t=2.0158,P=0.0438)、专业发展能力(t=2.0508,P=0.0478)、教育与咨询能力(t=2.2916,P=0.0281)以及批判性思维能力维度(t=2.2066,P=0.0340)提升幅度与对照组相比有统计学差异。结论分层培训对于临床护理带教老师核心能力的提高优于常规的大班混合制培训,特别是对于低年资的带教老师,建议临床护理管理部门采用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of layered training in improving the clinical nursing teaching teachers ' core competencies.Methods 40 appropriate standard teachers were selected and divided into the test group(layered group) and control group(tradi-tional training group), and each group had 20 teachers. The effect of intervention was observed through collecting the scores of ques-tionaires completed by nursing interns before and after the intervention. Results The scores of core competencies among teachers were improved disproportionately between the test group and the control group after different training modes, while the test group showed statistical difference on demensions of clinical nursing ability, professional development ability, education and consulting a-bility. Conclusion Layered training is better than traditional training mode in improving the core competencies of clinical nursing teachers, especially for junior teachers, and is recommended for clinical nursing agencies to implement.
