浅析乳腺癌“从肝论治”治未病

Analysis on Preventing Disease about Breast Cancer from "Treatment from the Liver"

乳腺癌是全球常见的恶性肿瘤之一,好发于绝经前后的妇女,在我国现已居女性恶性肿瘤发病率的首位[1],并有年轻化趋势[2]。中医认为女子以肝为先天,以血为用,中医通过对女性生理的认识,总结乳腺癌的发病与肝失疏泄、肾气亏虚及冲任失调等关系密切,从而奠定"从肝论治"的基础,为预防乳腺癌提供依据,体现中医治未病的思想。

Breast cancer is one of the world＇s common malignant tumors, which usually occurs in pre and post-menopausal women,the incidence of which in our country is now the first place in the women, and shows a younger trend. TCM theories thought that liver is the key viscus in the female physiology, and blood is the fundamental of women. Through understanding of the physiology of wom-en, we summarized that the causes of breast cancer are linked with liver losing regulating, deficiency of kidney qi and imbalance of chong and ren channels by learning female physiology, and then laid the liver theory and provided the basis for breast cancer pre-vention, which reflected the thought of prevention of disease.
