桂枝汤及其类方治疗心脑血管疾病研究进展

Research Progress on Guizhi Decoction and Its Similar Prescription in the Treatment of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

《伤寒杂病论》是我国最早的理法通顺,方药严谨,且能够理论联系实际的辨证学医药论著,在我国的临床医学中占据着不可小觑的地位。其中很多方药非常经典,应用于各类疾病,而且也涉及到了一些关于心脑血管疾病的治疗,在临床实践当中,这些方药都得到了较好的验证。桂枝汤是代表方剂之一,本研究就对桂枝汤及其类方治疗心脑血管疾病的研究进展做一番简要的论述,希望所得结果可以为相关领域提供可行的参考。

The Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases is the earliest syndrome differentiation medical work in Chi-na, which is rigorous, can integrate theory with practice of syndrome differentiation study, and occupies the important position in clinical medicine in China. In Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases, there are a lot of very classic a formula which was used in all kinds of diseases, but also involves some of the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In clinical practice, these formulas have been a good validation, and showed its good value to use in the treatment process. One formula for Guizhi decoction, this is one of the best representatives of agent. This study gave brief analysis of research progress on Guizhi de-coction and its similar prescription in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and this paper hopet the results can offer feasible reference for the related areas.
