柴朴汤与其减味方治疗咳嗽的对比研究

Comparative Study on the Chaipu Decoction and Its Minus Prescription in the Treatment of Cough

目的收集呼吸科门诊141例应用柴朴汤患者的资料,主要探讨柴朴汤中用或不用党参、大枣的疗效对比。方法按照统一设计的《柴朴汤减味方方证调查表》对门诊患者进行问卷调查,记录资料包括:1)一般资料。2)既往疾病史。3)疾病的诊治经过。4)就诊时的肺系症状、全身系统症状、舌苔脉象、女子的月经史及处方用药。并根据是否应用党参、大枣分为2组。柴朴汤中不用党参、大枣的为实验组,柴朴汤中应用党参、大枣的为对照组,观察其应用前、后症状的变化,7天为一个疗程,观察3个疗程。结论柴朴汤的主要症状为咽干、夜间咳、遇冷咳、痰色白、质粘难咯出、喘息、气短、口苦、口干喜热饮、咽中痰堵、头晕、腹胀、心悸。舌体多为胖大或齿痕舌,舌质多暗红,舌苔多见薄白苔,脉多见弦细滑。对照组较实验组可明显提高治愈率、缩短治疗时间。柴朴汤有效患者有向阳明里热转化的趋势。

Objective To collecte141 cases of patients in respiratory outpatient department. All these people were given Chaiputang decoction. The main purpose of the research is to explore the difference of therapeutic effect between applications of medicinal changium root and Chinese date or not. Methods All patients＇ clinical information is recorded, which included general information, history of disease,process of diagnosis and treatment, main pulmonary symptoms, systemic symptoms, tongue and pulse condition, women ＇menstruation history, prescriptions and drugs＇ dosage. Patients were divided into two groups according to whether using medicinal changium root and Chinese date（or not）. Conclusion The most common symptoms using Chaipu decoction are feeling dryness in the throat, coughing worse at night, coughing easily contacting with cold, white and sticky phlegm which is hard to cough out, panting, shortness of breath, bitter in mouth, feeling thirsty and prefer to hot water, feeling phlegm obstructed in throat, dizziness, abdominal distension and palpitation. The body of tongues is always bigger, and the tongue coating is thin and white. When taking their pulses, it feels like touching strings. Accord-ing to the clinical data, there are obvious differences in therapeutic effect whether using medicinal changium root and Chinese date or not.Applications of medicinal changium root and Chinese date can apparently improve the cure rate, and shorten the therapy time.
