糖尿病肾病作为糖尿病最严重、最常见慢性微血管并发症之一,其相关中医学临床辨证施治的研究日益增多。本文自糖尿病肾病病机、本虚标实治疗方法等予以综述,归纳了中医学对糖尿病肾病辨证施治的方向与原则,并为其治疗措施提供了循证证据,并为临床药物、药方的选取提供了理论依据,最终提升了糖尿病肾病中医临床治疗效果,值得借鉴。
