Analysis and Crisis Management of Potential Accident in Alkali Recovery Causticization Plant

首先对制浆碱回收车间苛化工段工艺流程与反应原理做了简单介绍,然后在回顾苛化工段发生碱液伤人事故案例的基础上,分析了苛化工段安全隐患,并借助事故案例,提出了碱液伤人事故紧急处置措施和几点苛化工段安全管理注意事项。

This paper briefly introduced the process of causticization in alkali recovery plant, and analyzed the potential risks in the process based on case study of injury accident of a mill. The matters needing attention in safety management of causticization plant and crisis manage- ment of alkali liquor injury accident were proposed, it could provide some reference for alkali recovery workshop of paper mills.
