摘要
研究益生素对陆川猪仔猪生长性能及血清指标的影响,为益生素在陆川猪养殖中的应用提供科学参考依据。选择60头健康、胎次相近、体重15±1.5 kg的陆川猪阉猪为试验对象,以基础日粮中添加益生素,以含量0.05%益生素为试验Ⅰ组、含量0.1%益生素为试验Ⅱ组、不添加益生素为对照组,记录每个重复的饲料消耗,测定各处理组猪生长性能(始重、末重、平均日增重),计算料肉比;检测各处理组猪血清生化指标。结果显示,益生素能促进陆川猪仔猪生长,可调节断奶仔猪机体的氨基酸代谢,降低转氨酶活性,增强部分免疫功能。
To investigate the effect of prebioties on productivity and serum index in Luchuan pigs, and provide the scientific reference data about pre- biotics in Luehuan pigs＇ cultivation. Picked up 60 hogs in Luchuan pigs, requiring healthy, tire time closed, weight during 15：t： 1.5 kg. Added prebiotics in the daily diet, then divided into three groups： treatment group I added 0.05% prebiotics, treatment group I1 added 0.1% prebiotics, and control group. Keep a record of feed consumption, determined the productivity in each groups, include starting weight, final weight, and average daily weight, calculated feed conversion ratio. Measure the serum index of pigs in each group. The result is that the prebioties can promote the growth of Luehuan pigs, and also regulate the amino acid metabolism in weaned pigs, reduce the activity of transaminase, while enhance the immunologic function.
