绍兴纺织外贸企业产业链升级的路径探讨——以浙江凡特思纺织品有限公司为例

Analysis of Industry Chain Upgrading Path for Textile Export Enterprises in Shaoxing:Taking Zhejiang Fantasy Textile Co. Ltd as an Example

当前国内纺织业大幅度萎缩,绍兴纺织外贸企业受到国内外各种因素的制约,大多被锁定在全球价值链的低端环节。而浙江凡特思纺织品有限公司突破当前纺织业发展的国内外瓶颈,组建自己的产业链,成为绍兴柯桥区的领头羊。文章通过实地调研访谈以及查阅相关资料,总结该企业升级的相关经验——借展会拓市场、抓研发舍生产,并指出企业家通过自身的人格魅力和前沿的经营理念,促成了企业产业链的升级。

Recently, the domestic textile industry has shrunk dramatically, and the textile export enterprises in Shaoxing have been restricted by various factors at home and abroad, and most of them are locked in the low end of the global value chain. How- ever, Zhejiang Fantasy Textile Co. Ltd has broken through the bottleneck in the current domestic and foreign textile industry, set up its own industry chain, and has become a leader in the district of Keqiao. Based on the field investigation and document re- view, this paper summarizes the relevant experience of its upgrading： using industrial fair for market extension, grasping research and outsourcing production. It also points out that entrepreneurs have contributed to the upgrading of the industrial chain through their own charisma and advanced management ideas.
