摘要
本文以天津机场枢纽交通中心工程项目造价监控为案例,从建设项目开工前的准备,施工总承包招标,专业工程分包和主要设备、材料采购、工程款的支付,工程造价的调整,工程结算审查等几个方面阐述了施工阶段造价控制的必要性。做好该项施工阶段的造价控制工作,可以有效地利用建设工程投入的人力、物力、财力,以尽量少的劳动和物质消耗,取得较高的经济和社会效益。
In the paper, Taking the Cost Monitoring of Tianjin Airport Hub Transport Center Project as the Case, it is mainly from several aspects of preparation before construction project, general construction contractingbid, professional engineering subcontracting, main equipment, material procurement, payment of project fund, adjustment of project cost, and examination to project settlementto set forth the necessity of cost control at construction stage. If the cost control at construction stage is done well, it can effectively utilize the labor, material and finance invested in construction project to obtain high economic and social benefits with the minimum labor and material consumption.
