摘要
大型工业项目技术复杂、规模宏大、建设周期长、多专业交叉,其工程材料价值高、品种多,需系统性、严密性、科学性地进行管理。当前,许多大型工业项目实行材料甲供,故做好甲供材的管理是极其重要的。本文全面阐述了业主方如何管理甲供材料,以保证工程造价管理的顺利进行,合理确定和有效控制工程投资。
In the large industrial project, due to the complicated technology, large scale, long construction cycle and intersected multi- ple specialties, its engineering materials are valuable and various, thus it needs systematic, rigorous and scientific management. At pres- ent, in many large industrial projects, the materials are provided by Party A, thus, performing good management to the materials pro- vided by Party A is extremely important. In this paper, it comprehensively stated the method how the owner manages the materials provided by Party A to guarantee that the engineering cost management will be carried out smoothly and the engineering investment can be reasonably determined and effectively controlled.
