不同抗精神分裂症药物对吐鲁番斗鸡攻击行为及皮质酮等激素的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究利培酮、阿立哌唑、曲唑酮、舍曲林四种抗精神分裂症药物对吐鲁番斗鸡的攻击行为及皮质酮(CORT)、褪黑素(MT)、睾酮(T)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)激素的影响,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测口服不同剂量药物的吐鲁番斗鸡不同时间血浆中CORT、MT、T、TSH的浓度。结果显示:口服四种药物后吐鲁番斗鸡的攻击行为均呈不同程度减弱。CORT的检测结果显示,四种药物不同剂量组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);利培酮和阿立哌唑不同剂量组组内均呈下降趋势,且随着药物剂量的增加和投药时间的延长呈现显著差异(P<0.05);曲唑酮不同剂量组组内均呈上升趋势但无显著性差异(P>0.05);舍曲林对CORT无影响。MT也是四种药物不同剂量间差异不显著(P>0.05);利培酮组MT含量呈增加趋势,且不同剂量组组内第1天与第11、14天差异显著(P<0.05);阿立哌唑组内呈现下降趋势,且不同剂量组组内第1天与第11、14天差异显著(P<0.05);曲唑酮组内呈现上升趋势;舍曲林组内呈下降趋势且都无差异显著性(P>0.05)。四种药物对T和TSH含量的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明四种人用治疗精神分裂症药物均可减弱吐鲁番斗鸡的攻击行为,并不同程度影响吐鲁番斗鸡血浆中CORT、MT、T、TSH含量,说明CORT、MT、T、TSH对吐鲁番斗鸡的攻击行为具有一定的影响,可作为吐鲁番斗鸡攻击行为选育的一个参考依据。 To explore the effect of four antipsychotic schizophrenia drugs: risperidone, aripiprazole, trazodone and sertraline on Turpan gamecock,including its aggressive behavior and hormones such as cortisol (CORT),melatonin (MT), testosterone (T)and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) changes, enzyme linked immunoassay was adopted to detect plasma levels of CORT, MT, T and TSH at different time during oral administration of different dosage of drugs, respetively. The results showed that after orally given these drugs respectively, aggression of Turpan gamecock was alleviated to a different level. There was no significant difference on CORT level among four drugs (P〉0.05) ; Both risperidone and aripiprazole in different dosage group showed a descending tendency and exhibited significant difference with the raise of drug dosage and the prolongation of feeding time (P〈0.05);Trazodone increased CORT level but there was not statistical significance (P〉0.05). The effect of sertraline on CORT level was negligible. The effect of all drugs at different dosage on MT was not statistically signifinant (P〉0.05),and MT level in risperidone group kept a signigicant rise at day 1,day ll,day 14 among different groups (P〈0.05);Aripiprazole group showed a trend of decline and the significant difference was found between day 1 and day ll,day 14 (P〈0.05);Trazodone showed a trend of rise and sertraline group were decline,which had no significant difference (P〉0.05). The effect of four drugs on T and TSH levels were not significant (P〉0.05). Four human schizophrenia drugs could reduce the aggression of Turpan gamecock and affect plasma levels of CORT, MT,T,TSH to some extent,the four endocrine hormones played important roles on aggressive behaviour of Turpan gamecock,whick could be used as a reference for aggression breeding in Turpan gamecock.
