摘要 钙是动物机体内含量最高的矿物质元素,是构成鸡蛋蛋壳的主要成分。文章综述了钙对蛋壳形成的重要性、日粮中影响钙吸收与代谢的影响因素,以及日粮钙水平对蛋品质的影响,为生产实践和理论研究提供借鉴。 Calcium, as the most richest mineral element in animal, is the main component of eggshell. This paper reviewed importance of calcium during eggshell formation, influence factors in dietary for calcium absorption and metabolism, and effects of calcium levels in dietary on egg quality,thus, provided reference for practical production and theoretical research.
