摘要
[目的】建立土壤和沉积物中环丙酰草胺及其代谢产物2,4-二氯苯胺的残留分析方法,为环丙酰草胺的环境残留监测及安全使用提供技术支撑。【方法】利用丙酮振荡提取待测物,二氯甲烷液液萃取富集并去除干扰物,并利用高效液相色谱分离,PDA检测器进行检测,外标法定量。【结果】环丙酰草胺和2,4-二氯苯胺在0.1~10.0mg/L质量浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系(相关系数0.999);在0.1—1.0mg/kg添加水平范围内环丙酰草胺回收率为81.6%~87.0%;相对标准偏差为1.0%~5.5%;2,4-二氯苯胺回收率为83.4%-89.7%;相对标准偏差为1.9%~5.8%。【结论】该方法分析速度快、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于土壤和沉积物中环丙酰草胺及其代谢物2,4-二氯苯胺的检测和验证。
[Aims] A method for determination of cyclanilide and its metabolite in soil and sediment was developed to provide technical support for the safe use of cyclanilide. [Methods] The residues in the samples were extracted with acetone and through dichloromethane liquid-liquid extraction, then detected by high performance liquid chromatography as well as PDA detector, and quantified by external standard method. [Results] The results showed that the method has good linearity (rZ=-0.999) when the concentrations of cyclanilide and 2,4-dichloroaniline were ranged from 0.1 to 10.0 mg/L, When the fortified levels were ranged from 0.1 to 1.0 mg/kg, the recoveries of cyclanilide were in the range of 81.6 to 87.0% and the relative standard deviations were 1.0-5.5%; the recoveries of 2,4-dichloroaniline were in the range of 83.4 to 89.7% and the relative standard deviations were 1.9-5.8%. [Conclusions] The method is rapid and simple with high sensitivity and good reproducibility, which is suitable for determination of cyclanilide and 2,4-dichloroaniline in soil and sediment.
