摘要
本文首先介绍了数据包络的两个基本模型,然后以北京新机场"3+1"、"4+0"跑道构型作为算例,分析构型对运行效率的影响。结果表明跑道的运行效率不仅与跑道构型本身有很大关系,也受运行条件的制约。对于不一样的跑道构型,当运行参数保持一致时,其运行效率差异较大。即使跑道构型相同,运行模式的差异,也会在很大程度上影响其效率。
This paper first introduces two basic models of Data Envelopment Analysis. Then the two-runway layout of Beijing new airport, which is called "3+1" and "4+0" configuration, is introduced to analyze the operation efficiency. This paper discovers that the operation efficiency not only relates to the runway configuration, but also is limited by the operation conditions. With same operation conditions and different configurations, the operation efficiency varies. With different operation conditions and same configurations, the operation efficiency also varies.
