摘要 实时飞行流量计算是空中交通流量管理的一个重要研究内容。本文构造了一种基于监视数据的实时飞行流量计算算法。算法将空域分为面空域、线空域和点空域三类,并针对3类空域结构设计了飞行流量计算方法,设计了避免重复计算处于特殊位置的航空器的计算流程。利用真实飞行轨迹进行验证,本文算法能实时计算出各类空域单元的交通流量,并且符合实际飞行原则和空域使用规则,是一种合理有效的实时飞行流量计算方法,具有一定的参考价值和实用性。 The calculation of real-time air traffic flow is a primary research element of air traffic management. A real-time air traffic flow computational algorithm based on surveillance data is proposed in this paper. In this algorithm, airspace is divided into three categories: surface airspace, line airspace and point airspace. And correspond computational algorithms are designed respectively. Moreover, a specific calculating flow is designed in order to avoid double counting of the traffic flow in special locations. With the verification of real flight paths, this algorithm is able to calculate the real-time traffic flow in different airspace unit, and also meet the requirement of actual flight rules and airspace using regulations. Thus, the proposed algorithm has much reference value and is practical, as well as an effective way to calculate real-time air traffic flow.
