摘要
目的:调查独龙江水生丝孢菌资源,了解其多样性特征。方法:从独龙江中段(海拔1285-1692m)采集沉水腐木90份,采用保湿培养法对水生丝孢菌进行培养,基于形态学特征对水生丝孢菌进行鉴定。结果:通过形态学特征比较,共鉴定出水生丝孢菌38属49种。结论:独龙江水生丝孢菌资源丰富,多样性指数为3.56,其中Sporidesmiella(20%)、Ellisembia(8.9%)、Helminthosporium(6.7%)、Minimelanolocus(5.6%)的出现频率相对较高。
Objective: To investigate diversity and resourses of hyphomycetes in Dulong River. Meth- od : 90 samples were collected from middle of Dulong River( Altitude 1285m - 1692m) in May 2015, using the moisturizing incubation method to incubate the freshwater hyphomycetes and identified them under the morphological characters. Results: Under the morphological characters, the investigation indicated that there are 38 genera 49 species of hyphomycetes. Conclusion: There are high richness and diversity of freshwater hyphomycetes in Dulong River. The index of diversity is 3.56. Among the genera found in this area, Sporidesmiella ( 20% )、Ellisembia ( 6.7% ) 、Helminthosporium ( 6.7% ) 、Minimelanolocus ( 5.6% ) appears high frequency relatively.
