基于AHP模型的楚雄彝绣企业核心竞争力评价指标体系构建研究

A Research into Establishment of the Indexes Evaluating System of Core Competences in Chuxiong's Yi Embroidery Firms Based on the AHP Model

近年来,楚雄彝绣产业发展状况良好,但整体水平不高。企业规模小、缺乏标准化建设、生产能力有限、创新能力薄弱等问题仍然限制着整个行业的发展。本文综合了彝绣企业发展的现状,运用层次分析法,从微观视角出发,对现阶段楚雄彝绣企业核心竞争力的评价指标体系进行了构建,并计算了相应的权重,通过研究,提出了构建当前楚雄彝绣企业核心竞争力的建议。

recently, even Chuxiong＇ s embroidery industry is running well, the general standard still not good enough. There are shortages still exist and restricts the development of the hole industry, which include the small scale, lack of producing standardize, limited productivity and poor creativity and the like. This study integrated the current circumstances of Chuxiong Yi embroidery industry, through AHP model, to establish the indexes evaluating system of core competences in Chuxiong Yi embroidery firms at current period. After that, the author calculated the relevant weight of each index, and finally offered the proposals of development.
