摘要 随着农村移动通信市场的开发与深化,如何进行增量市场的拓展与存量市场的深度开发是运营商经营管理的难点与焦点。当前,农村移动通信市场渠道存在定位不准、结构不合理、辐射能力弱、服务能力弱等问题,结合当前市场环境,从渠道重新定位、结构设计、渠道管控、终端执行能力构建等方面提出了具有针对性的策略。 With the developing and deepening of country' s mobile communication market, it becomes a difficulty and focus problem in operator' s management that how to expanding incremental market and de- veloping stock market in depth. Currently, there were some problem existed in country' s mobile market such as position inaccuracy, irrational structure, weak radiating capacity, and weak service power and the like. Therefore, this study offered some purposeful strategies to solve those such problems which based on current environment, and integrated various factors where channel controlling, and implement capacity on terminus. re - positing on channel, design of structures,
