随着科技的不断进步和知识经济时代的来临,未来人才创新能力的具备已成为21世纪衡量人才的重要指标,创新教育俨然成为新世纪教育的主流,而创新教育不仅只局限于教学内容和教学手段的更新,更应转向对教育理念和教育功能的重新定位,才能带来实质性的教育革新。本文通过对创新教育理念的诠释,论述创新教育理念对健美操专项学生创编能力的影响,探索健美操专项学生创编能力培养的途径,为未来创新型体育人才的培养打下坚实基础。

with the advent of the continuous progress of science and technology and knowledge economy era, the future talents with ability of innovation has become an important index of evaluating talents in the 21st century, innovative education seems to have become the mainstream of education in the new century, and creative education not only to update the teaching content and teaching method, more should be shifted to the reorientation of education idea and the education function, in order to bring the essence of education reform. The interpretation of the idea of innovative education, discusses the idea of innovative education on the influence of special students ability to compose aerobics, explore the way of special cultivation of students creative ability in aerobics, for future innovative sports talents training and lay a solid foundation.
