As a high - profile platform for exchange of ideas on food studies, ＂Food Studies＂ is one of the key columns of Journal of Chuxiong Normal University. After a few years＇ development, this column has created some influence thanks to its international vision and its exploration in the academic frontier. In the future, its development cannot be sustained without support from all parties concerned, resources inte- grated from all channels, careful planning, a good research team or continuous exchange and cooperation.
