公众对转基因农产品的风险认知和监管期望调查

An Investigation of Public's Risk Perception Towards Genetically-Modified Agricultural Products and Expectation of Regulation

调查公众对转基因农产品的认知和监管期望,为政策的制定和转基因农产品的推广提供建议。2015年6-9月期间,采用问卷调查形式调查公众对转基因农产品的风险认知、对法律法规的了解和对政府监管的期望。结果表明,多数受访者在转基因农产品认知水平较低且不了解相关监管体系的情况下,提出了加强监管并保障公众知情权的需求。公众对转基因农产品推广的担忧,主要源自风险规避情绪和对食品安全领域监管与行业自律的不信任,伴随认知水平提高和信任感的提升,公众对转基因农产品的态度会越来越宽容。

To reveal public＇s perception of genetically-modified agricultural products and expectation of regulation, and to provide recommendations for policy formulation and promotion of genetically-modified agricultural products. A survey is conducted during May to September, 2015, to investigate public＇s risk perception of genetically-modified agricultural products, knowledge of laws and regulations, and expectation of government＇s regulation. Results show that due to the low awareness of genetically-modified agricultural products and the regulatory system, a majority of respondents emphasize the importance of government supervision and the right to know. The concern of genetically-modified agricultural products is mainly rooted in the distrust of government supervision and industry self-regulation, and the risk aversion. With the increase of awareness and trust, the public＇s attitude towards genetically-modified agricultural products will be more and more tolerant.
