摘要
"绿色食品加工技术"是高职食品类专业开设的一门专业核心课程,通过分析目前高职"绿色食品加工技术"课程实践教学过程中所存在的问题,提出了可行的教学改革措施。通过在实际教学过程中进行应用,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的实践操作技能。课程实践教学改革有助于提高职业院校的教学质量和人才培养水平。
Green Food Processing Technology is a professional core courses in food specialty in higher vocational education in recent years. This paper analyzes the problems existing in present higher vocational green food processing technology curriculum practice teaching process, proposes the feasible measures of teaching reform, through the apphcation in the actual process of teaching, stimulate the students' interest in learning, improve the students' practical skills. The practice teaching reform of the curriculum helps to improve the vocational college teaching quality and talent cultivation level.
