摘要
随着教育体制改革的不断深入,如何针对普通高校教师信息素养进行客观和科学的评价已引起一些学者和有关部门领导的关注。对高校教师信息素养评估方法进行了探寻和系统的研究,结合辽宁省普通高校的实际情况,采用了分层次分析法,建立了客观、科学、全面规范的教师信息素养综合评价体系。与传统的信息素养评价模式相比,无论是在评价指标体系的建立方面,还是评价模型的选择方面都有较大的改进,为解决高校教师特别是数学教师信息素养评价问题提供了新思路、新方法,有利于推进高校教师评价体系不断完善,确保了高等学校的健康发展。
As the innovation of education constantly goes deeper, many scholars and leaders focus on objective and impartial evaluation of a teacher's information literacy. In this paper, a further comprehensive study is involved in the information literacy evaluation methods in common university. With the actual situation of Liao Ning province, we propose an approach to build indicator system of information literacy evaluation of teacher through analytic hierarchy process (AHP) which ensures the objectivity, the scientificity and comprehensive standardization of evaluation system. Compared with the traditional evaluation system, there is great improvement both on forming indicator system and models selection. The proposed evaluation system provides us new ideas and new methods in solving the problem of teacher's information literacy evaluation in general university. It will be beneficial to accelerate the improvement of evaluation system and ensure the healthy development of colleges and universities.
