红细胞分布宽度和中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值与骨关节炎疾病活动的相关性分析

Analysis of the correlations between red blood cell distribution width,neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio,and disease activity of osteoarthritis

目的:探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)和中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与骨关节炎(OA)疾病临床指标的相关性。方法:选取42例OA患者(OA组),另选取44名同期健康体检中心正常体检人员为健康对照组(HC组)。对OA组患者RDW、NLR与OA疾病活动指标行相关性分析。结果:OA组患者RDW和NLR均明显高于HC组(P<0.01);OA组患者RDW和NLR与红细胞沉降率和视觉模拟评分均呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:RDW和NLR可能是评估OA疾病活动的良好指标。

Objective： To investigate the correlations between red blood cell distribution width（ RDW）,neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio（ NLR）,and clinical index of osteoarthritis（ OA）. Methods： Forty-two OA patients and 44 healthy people were divided into the OA group and control group. The correlations between the levels of RDW and NLR,and disease activity index in OA patients were analyzed.Results： The levels of RDW and NLR in OA group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. The scores of RDW and NLR in OA group were positively correlated with the scores of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and visual analogue scale（ P〈0. 01）.Conclusions： The RDW and NLR maybe a good index in estimating the disease activity of OA.
