摘要
针对某特种车辆发动机连接螺栓出现裂纹的原因分析问题,通过车辆发动机试车获得了工作状态下该连接螺栓的轴向应变和两端振动加速度数据。建立了该连接螺栓的有限元模型并通过模态试验进行了模型修正。将应变和振动加速度转变为力和位移载荷施加到有限元模型中,求解该连接螺栓的瞬态响应并对计算结果进行了分析。最终通过计算的应力和位移结果以及断口形貌观察分析得到了连接螺栓出现裂纹的原因。该思路和方法可以应用到类似的故障分析中。
To analyze the cause of crack failure of an engine joint bolt, acceleration and strain signals of the joint bolt with operating engine were obtained. A finite element dynamic model was developed and updated based on the modal testing. The force loads and displacement conditions applied in the model were obtained with the acceleration and strain signals. The transient response of the joint blot was calculated and analyzed. The crack failure cause was analyzed using the simulation results and micromorphology observation. This proposed method can be applied on the other similar crack failure analysis.
