摘要
提出了基于两参数威布尔分布和三参数威布尔分布的乘用车包修数据的分析方法;明确了两种威布尔分布中未知参数的求解方法和步骤,提出了两种分析方法需要满足的使用条件以及拟合一致性和拟合质量的对比方法;实例拟合发现两参数威布尔分布和三参数威布尔分布都能满足使用条件,且三参数威布尔分布比两参数威布尔分布具有更好的拟合一致性和拟合精度。两种分析方法不但可以快速的获得产品的可靠性现状,还可以准确的提取产品的可靠性信息,是一种非常实用而又有效的乘用车售后包修数据分析方法。
It proposed an analysis method of passenger car free repairing data based on two-parameter Weibull distribution and three -parameter Weibull distribution. The solving methods and steps of the two kinds of Weibull distribution were defined, proposed the using conditions and comparison methods of fitting consistency and quality. The example showed that the two kinds of Weibull distribution were satisfied with the using conditions and three-parameters Weibull distribution had better consistency and precision than two-parameter Weibull distribution. Two analysis methods can not only have fast access to product's reliability status, also can accurately extract the product's key reliability information, which is a very practical and effective analysis method of passenger car free repairing data.
