摘要 旋转超声波加工是一种精密、有效的硬脆材料加工方法,为了获得最佳加工质量,旋转超声波钻削加工中,恒定、灵敏地控制工件与工具之间的静载荷至关重要。设计了一种新型的气浮工作台,用于恒定、灵敏地控制旋转超声波加工中的力。并且对比恒速和恒力两种进给方式下,旋转超声波钻削加工高纯氧化铝的加工孔出入口形貌、刀具形貌以及刀具磨损率。研究表明,采用气浮工作台的恒力进给方式可以延长刀具寿命,减小刀具磨损状况下的工件损伤。 Rotating ultrasonic machining is a precise and effective processing methods for hard and brittle materials. In order to obtain the optimum processing quality, it is crucial to maintain the static load between the workplace and tool constant and sensitive during rotary ultrasonic drilling. A novel air bearing workbench is designed for maintaining the static load between the workpiece and tool constant and sensitive. Morphologies of entrance and outlet of the drilling hole, morphologies of tools and tool wear rates are compared between processing with constant speed and processing with constant static load during ultrasonic drilling high-purity alumina It is shown that the tool life extends, tool wear reduces and the workpiece damage reduces, when processing with constant static load by the air bearing workbench.
