摘要 211Z铝合金是一种新型的耐热高强韧铝合金材料,其抗拉强度可达500MPa,伸长率最高至10%,硬度可达165HBW。基于正交试验设计方法,进行硬质合金刀具铣削211Z铝合金的切削实验,获得了铣削参数对表面粗糙度的影响程度,结果表明:每齿进给量对表面粗糙度的影响最大,切削宽度其次,然后是主轴转速,对其影响最小的是切削深度。并在此基础上建立了表面粗糙度的预测模型,实现了铣削参数的优选。研究结果为工业生产中合理地选择铣削参数提供了实验依据。 211Z aluminum alloy is a kind of new aluminum alloy with high strength and toughness, which has the tensile strength of 500MPa, the elongation of 10% and the hardness of 165HBW. Based on the design method of orthogonal experiment, cutting experiment of211Z aluminum alloy machined by carbide tool was conducted. Then the influence extent of milling parameters on the ~urface roughness was obtained. It shows that the feed per tooth has the greatest effect on surface roughness, the second one is cutting width, the third one is spindle speed, and cutting depth has the least effect. And the prediction model of surface roughness is established based on this, which realizes the optimization of milling parameters. The results provide the experimental basis for the selection of millingparameters reasonably in industrial production.
