摘要
针对电传动矿用车辆尽量缩短启动制动过程时间,电传动系统始终保持电流(动态转矩)允许最大值的特点。通过对直流传动非公路矿用自卸车功率传递特点、发动机、发电机特性以及车辆性能要求等的分析,设计了转速、电流双闭环调速系统。利用Matlab建立双闭环调速系统的动态仿真模型,分析控制系统的电流调速特性,结果表明很好的实现了动力源负荷与轮边驱动电机的输出功率的匹配,实现动力系统在工作过程中保持良好的经济性;驱动系统在整车运行中,当出现行驶阻力变化时,轮边电机也随之做出调整;系统具有良好的起动性能,为直流电传动控制系统的开发提供基础。
To electric drive mining dump truck to shorten the time of the starting and braking process ,the electric drive system always maintain the characteristics that the current (dynamic torque) allows the maximum value. The analysis of DC drive highway mining dumper power transfers characteristics,engine,generator characteristics,and Vehicle perSormance requirements analysis,designs the speed and current double closed-loop speed control system. To realize the matching between the engine load and the output power of the driving mator,the engine can be operated according to its economic characteristics. The dynamic simulation model of double closed loop speed control system is established by Matlab. The results show that the output power of the power system is maintained by the power system in the process of operation. The system has good starting performanee and provides the basis for the development of DC electric drive control system.
