摘要 根据某汽轮机叶片分厂次品率高的现状,运用本体方法构建知识库,规范管理制造系统内各类知识;运用工业4.0思想,构建基于包装、物流等知识的智能制造物流系统平台。该平台重点展现了在制品包装管理和生产物流管理两大模块,详细论述了其中的子模块包装需求管理和智能物流调度。通过Flexsim仿真软件对叶片分厂的实例应用进行效果仿真,验证得到高效畅通的物流效果。智能制造物流系统平台通过知识管理与智能化的结合应用,优化了制造系统,降低了次品率,提高叶片分厂智能化水平。 In order to minimize the defect rate of a turbine blade factory, it set up the repository by ontology to normalize the data and knowledge of the manufacturing system, built an intelligent manufacturing logistics system platform based on the guide of industry 4.0, packaging knowledge and logistics knowledge. The platform focused on two main modules about the work-in-process packaging management and the production logistics management, discussed the sub modules in detail such as packaging requirements management and intelligent logistics dispatching, and simulated the effect by Flexsim simulation software. A c cording to the result of the Flexs ims imulation on the application example of the blade factory, the logistics worked efficiently and smoothly. By combining intelligence with knowledge management, the platform could reduce non-conforming products and improve the efficiency of material flow and the intelligent level of the internal logistics.
