摘要
车辆悬架系统是车辆的重要组成部分,不但能保证车辆具有良好的乘坐舒适性,而且能够保证车辆载荷变化、车辆加速和制动时的合理的车身姿态。因此,在设计车辆时,如何合理的选取影响车辆悬架性能参数尤为重要。本文在建立四分之一车辆三自由度模型的基础上,应用MATLAB软件,分别讨论了在随机路面激励下车辆悬架刚度、车辆悬架阻尼和轮胎刚度变化对车辆平顺性的影响,得出如何最优的选取影响车辆悬架性能的参数的设计原则,为车辆悬架设计提供了理论上的指导。
Suspension system is one of the important components of the vehicle, which not only can ensure the vehicle has good comfort, but also can ensure the vehicle load change, the vehicle acceleration and braking of a reasonable body posture. Therefore, in the design of vehicles, how to reasonably select the impact of vehicle suspension performance parameters is particularly important. Based on the three degree of freedom model of vehicle 1/4, application of MATLAB software, the effects of vehicle suspension stiffness, damping of vehicle suspension and tire stiffness on vehicle ride comfort are discussed respectively. The design principle of how to select the optimal parameters affecting the pe^ormance of vehicle suspension is obtained. It provides theoretical guidance for the design of vehicle suspension.
