Virtualization and Servitization of Simulation Design Resources on Cloud Mode

仿真设计资源的云服务模式及平台应用是快速提升中小企业复杂产品仿真设计能力、有效降低新产品研制成本和风险的有效方式之一。结合复杂产品仿真设计这一应用领域自身特点,在云制造系统通用体系架构基础上构建了仿真设计云服务平台架构;阐述了平台开发中仿真设计资源的虚拟化与服务化方法,给出了仿真设计资源通用虚拟化描述模型及虚拟资源的Web服务封装及应用实例;最后通过开发中小企业云服务平台原型系统验证该方法可行性,也为中小企业提供一个仿真设计资源综合服务平台。

For small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs）, simulation design cloud service platform can provide an effective means to rapidly increase complex product simulation design capabilities and effectively reduce the cost and risk of new product development. With the characteristics of complex product simulation design application field, architecture for simulation design cloud service platfarm was built on the basis of the common architecture of cloud manufacturing system. Then. the virtualization und servitization procedure of simulation design resources was analyzed, and the general virtualization description model and the service encapsulation process were also given. At last, a prototype system was developed to verify feasibility of this method discusssed above, and also to provide an integrated simulation design resources service platform for SMEs.
